2. Payment, Deposits & Refunds
A deposit is required to secure your booking and is deducted from the total course fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the course begins. Students cannot attend training until full payment has been received.
Deposits are normally non-refundable if you cancel your booking, subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights. Any amount retained will reflect our reasonable net losses arising from your cancellation, taking account of costs saved and whether your place is filled. Any excess will be refunded.
Once a course has been completed as described and with reasonable care and skill, refunds will not be provided simply because you change your mind, decide not to pursue a career in nails, or need further practice to build your confidence and skills.
If we cancel your course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, including your deposit.
3. Course Materials
- Ownership: All course materials provided during the training are the intellectual property of Get Lucky Nail Academy and are for personal use only.
- Prohibition: Redistribution or reproduction of course materials, in any form, is strictly prohibited.
4. Attendance and Conduct
- Attendance: Students are required to attend all scheduled classes. Absences must be communicated in advance and may affect course completion.
- Conduct: Students must maintain professional behavior and respect towards instructors and peers at all times.
5. Certification
- Completion: Certificates will be awarded to students who successfully complete the course requirements.
- Verification: Get Lucky Nail Academy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of certificates issued.
6. Cancellation by Academy: In case of course cancellation by the academy, a full refund will be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Get Lucky Nail Academy is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course.
- Students are responsible for their own personal belongings and safety.
